The Horizon Fiber Initiative addresses significant challenges posed by the existing submarine cable systems in the Red Sea. These cables are vulnerable to disruptions caused by anchoring accidents, natural disasters, and regional conflicts. By developing a secure and efficient terrestrial fiber network, this initiative ensures uninterrupted global communication, benefiting millions of users across continents.
